All items are handmade with care, which means slight variations may occur. This is part of what makes each piece unique.
Orders
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation. Please make sure your details (especially your address) are correct, as I can’t be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed clearly and must be paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Processing & Shipping
Each piece is made and prepared with care, so processing times may vary. Once your order is dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal service and are outside of my control.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in progress.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy for full details. In short, returns are accepted within 14 days (with some exceptions like earrings and custom orders).
Product Care
It’s your responsibility to follow the care instructions provided. I’m not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Liability
I am not liable for:
- Delays caused by postal services
- Lost or stolen packages once they’ve been dispatched
- Any allergic reactions (please check materials before purchasing)
