Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging for hygiene and quality reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade and personal items, the following cannot be returned:
Custom or personalised jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
I do not offer general exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production.
Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry place when not in use.
